My news sources, revealed!

After the kind request of a commenter on this very blog I present to you the news sources I frequent and draw ideas on what to host next on my homelab. They are split into Podcasts, YouTube channels and good ol' RSS feeds from blogs.

Podcasts

Starting with podcasts, I'm subscribed to the long standing Self-hosted podcast of Jupiter Broadcasting where lot's of ideas and inspiration are thrown around on each episode and where my Home Assistant "brainwash" started 😄. I'm so far down that rabbit hole that I'm thankful to both hosts, Alex and Chris.
Next up is the newer kid on the block called The Self-Host Cast where Ethan Sholly presents applications that either updated or were presented during the past week. He also invites special guests that present self-hostable software that they make.
Next up in line are Linux podcasts of the "Late Night Linux" family of shows, like the self titled one (Late Night Linux) along with Linux Matters and Linux After Dark.
